Beside the Work is a table set beside the job. At that table sits one frame — Quality, Trust, Results — and it stands between two works. On one side, the A.D.a.M. Initiative, Leadership Lessons in Liberty: the thirty-one emotions of the Lord Jesus Christ of the scriptures, set on one fixed register. On the other, God's Judicial Machinery: eight doctrines, the Person and Work of Christ, one for each session at the table.

The hallGod's Judicial Machinery
The bench points in. The hall points in. One frame between them.
The results return upon the motives — which is why the frame travels. Three questions go to every post alike:
Is my motive rooted?
Can my word be trusted?
Is my approach simple?
For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.HEBREWS 4:15
He as our stand does not move; our state does.
Carried out
Faithfulness in each person
That is the practical end of Beside the Work. The one who has been carried keeps the next table.
And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.2 TIMOTHY 2:2
He must increase, but I must decrease.JOHN 3:30
